Muga Rosado is a rosé wine by Bodegas Muga in DO La Rioja. Located in the town of Haro, one of the towns with the highest concentration of wineries in the world, Bodegas Muga is one of the historic cellars of La Rioja
Once in the winery, the grapes are selected, destemmed and macerated for 12 hours before fermentation takes place in wooden tanks of about 2000 litres for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees.
Once the fermentation has occurred, Muga Rosado rests for two months with its lees. After this, it is stabilised cold, filtered and bottled, ready to go to market. Muga Rosado is between rosé wine amongst rosés. Each wine vintage after the next delights its fans. Perfect with salads and seafood.
