A harmonious blend of grain and malt whiskies which are aged in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Mizunara oak. Mizunara, an indigenous Japanese oak, is aged at least 200 years before becoming a cask. A velvet mouthfeel with notes of coconut, vanilla, sandalwood, spice & Japanese incense. The cork itself is also Mizunara oak, literally putting centuries into your hand.
